Chapel Lodge

Chapel Lodge has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 (2 doubles, 2 twins) and is the largest of the holiday accommodation. This converted chapel retains its superb pitch-pine ceilings to the first floor and offers spacious accommodation. The large entrance hall gives access to a cloakroom w/c. The dining room with its party sized table has a servery hatch from the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences from the toaster to the dishwasher and for the more casual meal you can relax at the breakfast bar. After dinner you can toast your toes in front of the open dog-grated fire in the comfortable lounge before retiring. All bedrooms are en-suite and all have a colour TV. Chapel Lodge also has its own hot tub.

Poppy Cottage

Poppy Cottage has 1 bedroom and sleeps 2 (1 double). This was purposely converted to become a cosy and romantic cottage, it has a spacious beamed open plan sitting/dining room and a wood burning stove creating the right atmosphere. This leads to the well-equipped gallery style kitchen with breakfast area looking onto the private patio garden. On the first floor is the bedroom with a four-poster bed and spacious en-suite bathroom accommodating the Jacuzzi with shower cubicle.
Comes with colour TV, Video and Music Centre. This cottage now has a private hot tub.

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twins). This is part of the old barn and has an attractive spacious lounge, open dog grate fireplace and big squishy comfortable suites with arched French doors overlooking and leading to the courtyard patio. The dining kitchen with its dark oak wood and terracotta walls with peninsular serving area leads out to a private patio. One double room upstairs has en-suite shower whilst a bathroom services the two twin bedded rooms on the same floor with separate cot area.

TV in lounge. A hot tub is also available for use. Dogs are welcome.

Daisy Cottage

Daisy Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 plus 1 (2 doubles, 1 twin). Originally the byre this cottage is ideal for adult parties. Daisy consists of a spacious dining hall with double doors leading to the large modern fresh kitchen which is fully equipped. There is an extra table and chairs for snacks and coffee. This in turn leads to the comfortable lounge with stone mullion open fireplace surrounded by large settees with TV Video and Radio. On the first floor are the bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, furnished to a very high standard including colour TV’s and each with a beautiful rural view. The privately enclosed lawned garden with BBQ area and table, chairs and umbrella for your comfort is situated to the rear of the property.

This cottage now has a private hot tub.

Honeysuckle Cottage

Honeysuckle Cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 (1 double four poster, 1 twin). It was once an old milking parlour but is now a really cosy and romantic cottage with open stonework, beams and honeysuckle by the door. The dining/kitchen is all pine with French doors to the courtyard patio and to the lounge, with its stone fireplace and window seat with views over open country. The spacious bathroom has a bath and shower over. Up two steps is the Master bedroom, which has exposed beams and window seat. The first floor accommodates the twin bedded room.

There is a TV in the lounge and there is also a hot tub available for use. Dogs are welcome.

Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 plus 1 (1 double, 1 twin with Z bed). Jasmine Cottage is part of the old barn. There is one double-bedded room downstairs and one large airy twin bedded room upstairs easily accommodating the extra single bed for larger families both with exposed beams and fitted wardrobes. The dining kitchen leads out to the courtyard patios through a stable door whilst the lounge with its stone fireplace has French windows leading to its private patio. Also on the ground floor the bathroom has a bath and shower over.

There is a TV in the lounge and a hot tub is also available for use. Dogs are welcome.

Dogs are allowed in all the cottages except in Daisy and Poppy cottages and are charged at £20 per week. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the garden and courtyard, and must not be left unattended on site or in the cottages.

Gas C/H is included in the price of the cottages.
All Properties: Linen (Duvets), towels and t-towels inc. (one Hand and Bath per person), Electricity inc., Fire fuel available at cost, Laundry service (extra charge), parking, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, radios, hairdryer, cot and highchair (must be booked), Digital TV, video, DVD players, garden furniture, 2 acres of grassland..

1. £100.00 deposit to be paid when booking, the balance to be paid not less than eight weeks before the holiday commences. You're advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance. Deposit not refundable.
2. All damages, breakage’s and cleanliness are the legal responsibility of the person who has hired the property.
3. Sands Farm will not accept group bookings from parties under the age of 25.
4. Under no circumstance may the cottages be occupied by more persons than stated hereafter: - Honeysuckle 4, Jasmine 5, Rose 6, Chapel Lodge 8, Daisy 6, Poppy 2, unless agreed by prior arrangement with the proprietor.
5. Pets are allowed at the proprietor’s discretion at a small charge.
